DS records live in the Stellantis system alongside Citroën and are readable in the MyDS app, though only from whenever activation happened. The smaller premium network can make requests slower, so a VIN lookup or an aggregated report avoids chasing the right store.
The record itself is kept as DS digital maintenance record. Whether a paper book is issued depends on the model and year.
Route 1: The owner portal
If you own the car, the MyDS app account is the first place to look. You'll need to prove ownership to link the vehicle.

- Add the vehicle by VIN or registration and verify ownership.
- Ask a DS Store or partner retailer to activate the Digital Service Record if it isn't already.
- View completed services in the app; confirm anything predating activation by VIN.
DS is covered by the same Stellantis Digital Service Record as Peugeot, Citroën and Vauxhall, readable in the MyDS app. A retailer has to activate the Digital Service Record before it does anything, and it only logs work from that point on — so an older car can show a short history that says nothing about the years before. Only authorised retailer work is recorded.
Route 2: Through a dealer
DS Stores and partner Citroën sites retrieve records by VIN. Coverage is thinner than volume brands, so calling ahead helps.
