Infiniti keeps its maintenance record in the manufacturer/dealer system. Whether a paper book is issued depends on the model and year.
Route 1: The owner portal
Infiniti Europe ceased commercial operations on 31 March 2020 and the six UK showrooms closed, so there is no owner portal showing service records. Aftersales did not stop: Infiniti still runs an Authorised Repairer network and an owners section on its European site.
Route 2: Through a dealer
Servicing runs through Infiniti Authorised Repairers rather than showrooms, with genuine parts sourced through them. Records for work done since the withdrawal may sit with those repairers or with Nissan dealers and independents.
