Route 1: The owner portal
If you own the car, the Jaguar InControl / Remote app account is the first place to look. You'll need to prove ownership to link the vehicle.
- For reminders and connected features, register for InControl and sign in to the Remote app.
- For completed work, use the separate Online Service History portal instead — reachable from the Jaguar site under Ownership, then Servicing.
- Sign in with your VIN and proof of ownership.
- Ask a Jaguar Retailer to confirm anything the portal doesn't show.
